Karine D’Elia has lived in Oswego, NY for the past 15 years. Before coming to Oswego, Karine lived in Montreal, Quebec, where she began her personal training career; working out with other certified personal trainers and training several of her own clients. She began her work in as a certified personal trainer at the Oswego YMCA. While personal training at the YMCA, Karine had an essential part with the “Women on Weights” program. Karine currently works full time at the Oswego Hospital.


20 years of experience in weight training, all the way from free weight programs to plyometric and group exercises. CPR/AED First Aid certified. Accredited ISSA certified fitness course trainer.

Bella Waterbury

Bella Waterbury is an Oswego based certified personal trainer at Infinity Fitness. Bella has been working as a trainer at Athletic Apex Health Club and is now also a personal trainer at Infinity fitness. NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Through the use of constantly varied workouts, diverse training methods, dietary advice and inspirational motivation; Bella keeps her clients focused, excited and determined to reach their health and fitness goals. She found her love for the gym and lifting weights herself 10+ years ago. Bella also teaches group exercise classes such as Bootcamp, Spin and Barre.

Sometimes you need the added accountability of working out with a partner. Small group training is available and is designed for groups of 2-3 people. You can either workout with a friend or family member of your choice, or we’ll pair you with someone with similar goals.


Tai Chi, Chi Gong certified. Kids yoga, Yoga, Yoga Flow, Zumba, Strong Zumba, and Beach Body certifications.


Our group training sessions are targeted to help our members with their fitness goals in groups, while providing a fun and memorable experience.

We focus on short, high intensity workouts that target key muscles and exercises that follow the natural movement of the body.
